In accordance with Articles 15, 16, and 17 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, DRIZAR & VXI, S.A.P.I. DE C.V. issues the following privacy notice:

PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING.

“DRIZAR & VXI” “DRIZAR & VXI” will normally collect personal information directly from you. This collection may occur through conversations in person, by telephone, or by email.

 

The personal data we collect from you is necessary for the service you request.

 

PRIMARY PURPOSES: Contact information necessary to provide you with our services. 

This information allows:

  1. To generate a customer database; 
  2. Collect information from you in order to provide you with the service properly, and; 
  3. For clarification or questions regarding the service you have contracted.

  4. Unique Population Registry Code (CURP)
  5. Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC)
  6. Handwritten and electronic signature
  7. Work, home, and cell phone numbers

SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA: We inform you that "DRIZAR & VXI" does not collect sensitive personal data in order to provide the services you have requested.

 

USE OF COOKIES, WEB BEACONS, AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES. – On our website, we inform you that our website www.vendexinternet.com has a contact section where you can request information on our Web Portal. We inform you that on our website we use cookies, web beacons, or other technologies through which it is possible to monitor your behavior as an internet user, as well as to provide you with a better service and experience when browsing our website. We will use the personal data we collect through these technologies for statistical and marketing purposes and to provide users with faster access to the site. DRIZAR & VXI cookies are only associated with an anonymous user and their computer and do not provide references that allow the user's personal data to be deduced. The personal data we obtain from these tracking technologies are as follows: Identifiers, user's preferred language, user's region, user's browser type, user's operating system type, date and time of the start and end of a user's session, web pages visited by a user, searches performed by a user, advertising reviewed by a user. Google Chrome: Select the Chrome menu icon > Select Settings > At the bottom of the page, select Show advanced options > In the "Privacy" section, select Content settings > Select Do not allow sites to save data > Select Done.

 

Internet Explorer: Click the Tools button, then click Internet Options > Click or tap the Privacy tab > Settings > Block all cookies, then click or tap OK. 

 

Safari: To configure Safari's cookie blocking in iOS 8, go to Settings > Safari > Block Cookies and select Always Block. In iOS 7 or earlier, select Never, From Advertisers and Third Parties, or Always. 

 

Firefox: Click on the Menu button and select Options > Select the Privacy panel > Under Firefox should: choose Use custom settings for history > Uncheck the Accept cookies option to disable them > Close the page. Any changes you have made will be saved automatically. For other types of browsers or versions, consult the help section in your browser.

 

RIGHT OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION, OR OBJECTION (ARCO).

You have the right to access your personal data and the details of how it is processed, as well as to rectify it if it is inaccurate or incomplete, cancel it when you consider that it is not required for any of the purposes indicated in this privacy notice, is being used for purposes for which you have not given your consent, the contractual relationship has ended, or to oppose its processing for specific purposes.

 

You may exercise your ARCO rights by sending a written request to the privacy department headed by Manuel Hernández Flores at the address of DRIZAR & VXI, which must contain:

 

  1. A) Name and signature of the holder, as well as an address or other means of communicating the response to your request.

 

  1. B) Include copies of official documents proving the identity of the holder.

 

  1. C) Include a clear and precise description of the personal data for which you will exercise the rights conferred by the Law.

 

  1. D) Include any element or document that facilitates the location of the personal data in question.

 

You can also send your application by email to hola@vendexinternet.com, attaching the official documents that prove your identity. You must also comply with the points indicated in sections a), c), and d) above.

 

DRIZAR & VXI will respond to your request within 20 business days of receiving your letter and will send the response to the address or email address you provide for this purpose.

 

DATA TRANSFER.

"DRIZAR & VXI" undertakes not to transmit, sell, rent, disclose, or use your personal information in favor of third parties without your consent, with the exception of information that is necessary or required by federal or local authorities, who establish and justify their mandate in terms of applicable laws, and when the transfer is necessary for the maintenance or fulfillment of a legal relationship between the controller and the owner, the foregoing, in accordance with Article 37 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

 

In order for "DRIZAR & VXI" to fulfill its relationship with you, it transfers personal data to individuals or legal entities that may be domestic or foreign, affiliated companies or subsidiaries, including information storage servers, who will be obligated to maintain the confidentiality of personal data in accordance with this privacy notice.

 

CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE.

We reserve the right to make changes or updates to this privacy notice at any time, in order to comply with new legislation, internal policies, or new requirements for the provision or offering of our services or products. Any changes that may be made will be available through visible notices in our offices or on our website.

 

COMPLAINTS.

If you believe that your right to personal data protection has been violated by any conduct of our employees, our actions, or responses, or if you suspect that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, you may file a complaint or report with the INAI.
